VirtualDub is without doubt one of the most popular and famous video editors that exist, but could be even better by adding this plug-in called Neat Video.

It is a plug-in that reduces noise and granulation in video sequences that have been taken using digital video cameras, Tv–turners, movie digitizers or analogue video.

The program is easy to use above all when working on images that have been taken using the ISO high ratio, that are those that most suffer from noise. Something similar happens to scanned photos, that have high granulation. You can also work on local areas of an image.

For either case, Neat Image has been created to be added not only to Virtualdub but also other programs like Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Photoshop Elements, Corel / Jasc Paint Shop Pro, Corel Photopaint, Ulead PhotoImpact, PhotoLine32, Microsoft Digital Image Suite 2006, Microsoft Digital Image Pro, Serif PhotoPlus, IrfanView, XnView, etc.
